ゲージ換算
ゲージ（10cmまたは4inあたりの目数）と欲しい寸法を入れると、必要な目数を計算します。cm/inchはいつでも切り替え可能。Ravelry圏の4inゲージにも対応。
均等増減
「60目から72目へ均等に増やす」を計算し、「6目ごとに1回を12回」のようにそのまま編める指示文で返します。増し目・減らし目の技法そのものは指定しません。
斜線（袖下）
総段数と増減の回数から、実際に増減する段を計算。往復編み・輪編み、表側の段のみで数えるかにも対応します。
計算結果は「6目ごとに1回、計12回増し目（残り0目）」のような指示文で表示。コピーしてそのまま編み進められます。
本アプリは、目数・段数の配分計算を行うアプリです。増し目・減らし目の技法（ねじり増し目/左右の傾き等）は指定しません。対象は棒針編みのみで、かぎ針編みは対象外です。仕上がりは編み地やお好みに合わせて調整してください。
よくある質問
編み物カウンターとは違うのですか？
はい、Waridashiはカウンター（段数計）ではありません。「増減をどこでどれだけ行うか」の割り出し計算だけを行うアプリです。段数の記録は、お使いのカウンターアプリと一緒にお使いください。
データはどこに保存されますか？外部に送られますか？
プロジェクトはすべてお使いのiPhoneの中だけに保存されます。アプリは通信を一切行いません（購入処理のためのAppleのStoreKitを除く）。当方はサーバーを持たず、アプリの利用データや計算内容を一切収集しません。詳しくはプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。
無料でどこまで使える？Proにすると何が増える？
3つの計算機はすべて無制限・無料で使えます。保存できるプロジェクトは2件まで。買い切りのPro（¥800）でプロジェクトが無制限になり、指示文の共有（テキスト書き出し）が使えるようになります。返金などでProが失効しても、保存済みのプロジェクトはすべて残り、いつでも読めます（3件目以降の編集・新規作成だけが止まります）。再購入で即座に元に戻ります。

Gauge conversion
Enter your gauge (stitches per 10cm or 4in) and the measurement you want, and get the stitch count you need. Switch between cm and inches anytime — the 4in gauge common in Ravelry-style patterns is supported.
Equal shaping
Calculate "increase evenly from 60 to 72 stitches" and get instructions you can knit straight from, like "once every 6 stitches, 12 times." It does not specify the increase/decrease technique itself.
Sleeve / side shaping
From a total row count and number of shaping events, calculates which rows to shape on. Supports flat and in-the-round knitting, and counting on right-side rows only.
Results read as instructions, e.g. "increase once every 6 stitches, 12 times total (0 stitches remaining)." Copy them and keep knitting.
Waridashi calculates the distribution of stitches and rows only. It does not specify increase/decrease techniques (twisted increases, left/right-leaning decreases, etc.). It is built for straight-needle knitting only — crochet is out of scope. Adjust results to your fabric and preferences.
Frequently asked questions
Is this a stitch/row counter?
No, Waridashi is not a counter. It only does the shaping math — where and how much to increase or decrease. Use it alongside your favorite counter app for tracking rows as you knit.
Where is my data stored? Does anything leave my device?
All projects are stored only on your iPhone. The app makes no network calls at all (except Apple's StoreKit for purchases). We operate no server and collect no usage data or calculation content. See the Privacy Policy for details.
How much is free, and what does Pro add?
All three calculators are free and unlimited. You can save up to 2 projects. The one-time Pro (¥800) makes projects unlimited and unlocks sharing your instructions as text. If Pro ever lapses (e.g. a refund), all your saved projects remain and stay readable — only editing and creating beyond the third project pauses. Repurchasing restores everything instantly.
