利用規約（EULA）
本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、お客様と「Waridashi」（以下「本アプリ」）の開発者（以下「当方」）との間のエンドユーザーライセンス契約（EULA）です。本アプリをダウンロードまたは使用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。本規約はAppleの標準EULA（Licensed Application End User License Agreement）を基礎としており、本規約に定めのない事項についてはAppleの標準EULAが適用されます。
1. ライセンス
当方は、App Store利用規約で認められる範囲において、お客様が所有または管理するApple製デバイス上で本アプリを使用するための、個人的・非独占的・譲渡不能・取消可能なライセンスをお客様に付与します。法令で認められる場合を除き、本アプリの複製、改変、リバースエンジニアリング、再配布、転売はできません。
2. 計算結果に関する重要なご注意
本アプリは、棒針編みの目数・段数の配分計算を行うツールです。増し目・減らし目の技法（ねじり増し目・左右の傾き等）は指定しません。ゲージ換算・均等増減・斜線（袖下）の計算結果は、実際の編み地やお好みに合わせて調整してください。本アプリはかぎ針編みには対応していません。
本アプリの内部演算は十進（Decimal）で行い、目数の丸めが必要な場合は編みやすい側（多い方）に寄せて表示します。ゲージや編み地の個人差により、実際の仕上がり寸法は計算値と異なる場合があります。本アプリの出力を実際の製作に用いる場合は、ゲージスワッチなどで最終的な数値をお客様ご自身でご確認のうえご利用ください。
3. 課金・購入
- 本アプリは、AppleのApp Storeを通じて、非消耗型（買い切り）の「waridashi.pro.lifetime」（¥800）を提供します。サブスクリプション（自動更新）は提供していません。価格は購入前にアプリ内に表示されます。
- 無料でできること: ゲージ換算・均等増減・斜線（袖下）の3つの計算機能はすべて無制限にご利用いただけます。保存できるプロジェクトは2件までです。
- Proでできること: プロジェクトの保存数が無制限になり、プロジェクトの一覧・管理、指示文の共有（テキスト書き出し）が利用可能になります。
- Proが失効した場合の取り扱い: 返金、ファミリー共有の解除その他の理由でProが失効した場合でも、作成済みのプロジェクトはすべて保持され、引き続き閲覧できます。3件目以降のプロジェクトについては、新規作成と編集のみが停止し、データが削除されることはありません。共有機能は停止します。再度購入（または購入の復元）を行うと、これらの機能は即座に復帰します。
- 返金について: 決済および返金の手続きはすべてAppleが取り扱い、当方独自のポリシーはなく、Appleのポリシーに従います。当方側で返金を行うことはできません。返金のお申し出はAppleのreportaproblem.apple.comから行ってください。
- 復元について: 機種変更や再インストールの際は、「設定」から「購入を復元」を行うことで、Proの権利を復元できます。
4. プライバシー
本アプリは利用データを含むいかなるデータも収集しません。計算やプロジェクトの内容はすべて端末内に保存され、アプリは通信を一切行いません（Appleの購入処理を除く）。詳細はプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。
5. 免責事項
本アプリは「現状有姿（AS IS）」かつ「提供可能な状態（AS AVAILABLE）」で提供されます。当方は、商品性、特定目的への適合性、権利非侵害を含め、明示・黙示を問わず本アプリについていかなる請け合いも行いません。本アプリが中断なくエラーなく動作すること、および計算結果があらゆる編み地・技法・お好みに完全に一致することを、当方は約束するものではありません。
6. 責任の制限
適用法令が許容する最大限の範囲で、当方は、間接損害、付随的損害、特別損害、結果的損害、懲罰的損害その他本アプリの使用または使用不能（計算値の誤り・データの消失を含みますがこれらに限りません）から生じる損失について、責任を負いません。当方の責任の総額は、請求に先立つ12か月間にお客様が本アプリに対して支払った金額を上限とします。ただし、消費者契約法その他の強行法規により制限できない責任については、この限りではありません。
7. 本アプリおよび本規約の変更
当方は、本アプリおよび本規約を随時更新することがあります。重要な変更は、本ページに掲載し、制定日（改定日）を更新することでお知らせします。変更後に本アプリの使用を継続した場合、変更に同意したものとみなされます。
8. 準拠法・管轄
本規約は日本法に準拠し、日本法に従って解釈されます。本規約に関する紛争については、消費者保護に関する強行法規の定めがある場合を除き、日本の裁判所を専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
9. Appleが第三受益者であること
AppleおよびAppleの子会社は本規約の第三受益者であり、本規約を執行する権利を有することにお客様は同意します。Appleは本アプリに関する保守・サポートを提供する義務を負いません。サポートは当方が提供します（下記参照）。

Terms of Use (EULA)
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an end user license agreement (EULA) between you and the developer of Waridashi ("Waridashi," "the app," "we," "us"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. These Terms are based on, and incorporate the protections of, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement; where these Terms are silent, Apple's standard EULA applies.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Waridashi on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, or resell the app except as permitted by law.
2. Important Note Regarding Results
Waridashi is a tool for calculating stitch and row distributions for straight-needle knitting. It does not specify increase or decrease techniques (twisted increases, left/right-leaning decreases, etc.). Adjust the results of gauge conversion, equal shaping, and sleeve-shaping calculations to your actual fabric and preferences. Waridashi does not support crochet.
The app performs internal math in Decimal, and when a stitch count needs rounding, it rounds toward the easier-to-knit side (the larger count). Because of individual gauge and fabric variation, actual finished measurements may differ from the calculated values. If you use the app's output for an actual project, confirm the final numbers yourself against a gauge swatch or similar reference.
3. Purchases
- Through Apple's App Store, the app offers a single non-consumable (one-time) product, "waridashi.pro.lifetime" (¥800). There is no subscription and no auto-renewal. The price is shown in the app before purchase.
- Free: All three calculators (gauge conversion, equal shaping, sleeve shaping) are unlimited and free to use. You can save up to 2 projects.
- Pro: Removes the project limit (unlimited projects), and unlocks project list/management and sharing instructions as text.
- If Pro lapses: If Pro lapses for any reason (a refund, leaving Family Sharing, etc.), all projects you have created are kept and remain viewable. For the third and later projects, only creating and editing pause — no data is deleted. Sharing stops. Purchasing again (or restoring your purchase) restores these features instantly.
- Refunds: All billing and refunds are handled by Apple, according to Apple's own policy — we have no separate refund policy and cannot issue refunds ourselves. Refund requests are made to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Restoring your purchase: When you switch devices or reinstall, use "Restore Purchases" in Settings to restore your Pro entitlement.
4. Privacy
Waridashi collects no data, including no usage data. Your calculations and projects are stored entirely on-device, and the app makes no network calls (except Apple's purchase processing). See the Privacy Policy.
5. Disclaimer
The app is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We make no representations of any kind, express or implied, including as to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not represent that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that its calculation results will match every fabric, technique, or preference.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any losses arising from use of or inability to use the app — including, without limitation, calculation errors or data loss. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including under the Japanese Consumer Contract Act.
7. Changes to the App or Terms
We may update the app and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan, except where mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
9. Apple as Third-Party Beneficiary
You acknowledge that Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the app; support is provided by us (see below).
